Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup maida


  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 1/3 cup butter


  • 3/4 cup sugar


  • 1 1/4 cup milk


  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 cup dark chocolate


  • 1 cup fresh cream


  • 1/4 cup whip cream

Directions

  • Butter +sugar = beat
  • Maida+baking power = sieve
  • Make batter with milk add essence and bake in preheated oven on 180 degree Celsius for 35 to 40 mins
  • For chocolate truffle add chocolate and cream and microwave till chocolate malt
  • Let it cool down
  • For garnish whip the whipping cream add in piping bag
  • Now cut the cake in 2 part
  • Take 1 part soak with sugar syrup spread chocolate truffle put the second part sugar syrup it spread the truffle let it cool down in refrigerator
  • Take remaining chocolate truffle microwave it for 10 second pore it on now cooled cake for shining effect
  • Decorate it with whipped cream
